"Ravinas" (2nd part of "Suite Às Vezes Sempre") is the first composition of mine in which I went more atonal. Its improvisation begins tonal, and ends tonal, but its substance is atonal. It was pure stream-of-consciousness, without an easy theme to discern and to be self-repeated, but a series of themes and sub-themes.

"Ravinas" is a blend of atonal classical guitar piece with some ressonances on blues, flamenco and Asian technical incursions. Although it goes with the same alternate tuning of the previous track, it reflects a descend into a loss of a road with a fall into (metaphorical) ravines and an afirmation of will to live at the end.

(At the beginning, the listener may hear some background noises. It has an explanation: I've decided to put the "rec" button intentionally, capturing the sound of the voices on the television, while people here in my house were about to leave. This is a home-made recording from an open space, after all...)
